My power has gone out. Should I call Ergon or you?
Check here to see if Ergon are aware of any faults that may be affecting you.

If there is not, call us and we can check your power and log the fault with Ergon if it is a network issue. If it is a network issue, we will not charge you.
Can you help with new electricity connections?
Yes, we always help our customers with new connection applications through Ergon and can take care of the property pole, meter box etc.
Ergon have sent me a defect notice, can you help?
Yes, we are always helping overcome defects noticed by Ergon. In fact, replacing defective power poles is one of our specialities.
Do you fix hot water systems?
Yes, if you have a standard electric hot water system and the water is cold. If it is leaking water than you'll most likely need to replace it and will need a plumber as well. We can help arrange this so please contact us.
Can you help with my solar system problems?
Yes, if you have a system that is connected to the electricity grid. We can help with faulty inverters, damaged cables or connectors or faulty panels. We can also replace full systems and are CEC accredited.
Do you fix electrical appliances?
Only electric stoves/ovens. Unfortunately we cannot help with other in home appliances such as dishwashers, washing machines etc.
Do you supply air conditioners?
Yes, we have access to a variety of known name brands at competitive prices. Contact us for a quote to supply and install.
